ACA Football Partners Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, CEO: Hiroyuki Ono, hereinafter ACAFP) is delighted to announce that we have reached an agreement with Juventud Torremolinos Club de Fútbol (Spain, Chairman: Alain Patrick Ajegun Soba Tatak) to take over the ownership. ACAFP will be an official owner of the club, subject to several condition precedents relating to legal procedure.
ACAFP has launched its project since July 2021 to form a multi-club ownership model from Asia, and became an owner of KMSK Deinze, a Belgium second division club, from February 2022. Under the mission of “release the value of Sports, and evolve”, ACAFP has been expanding its global network together with its core club KMSK Deinze. We could already make some remarkable projects such as making a partnership with PVF Football Academy (Vietnam), Albirex Niigata Singapore (Singapore), and a collaboration with Urawa Reds (Japan) to provide opportunities especially for the younger generation.
Welcoming Juventud Torremolinos CF will be another milestone for ACAFP to develop a multi-club ownership business in terms of enlarging our platform. Juventud Torremolinos CF is located in the south part of Spain and belongs to Second Division RFEF for the 2022-23 season. Being close to one of the biggest cities in Spain, Málaga, Torremolinos has a big potential to attract tourism and the city shows its cooperation to our project too. Having multiple clubs enables us to provide more opportunities for promising players not only in Europe but also in Asia, and by doing this ACAFP aims to be a solid football development platform for Asia.
Now ACAFP can be a hub organization to connect Asia and Europe, providing both business and sportive opportunities at KMSK Deinze in Belgium and Torremolinos CF in Spain. Last but not least, KMSK Deinze acquired its collaboration with Futurosport, one of the best youth facilities in Belgium, thus we also can offer solid facilities in Europe as well.
