Founded in 1926, KMSK Deinze is a historic football club currently belonging to the second division of Belgian football. The club is based in the city of Deinze, which boasts more than 45,000 residents and is located in the affluent East Flanders region of Belgium. Officially registered with the federation under number 818, “818” has become a symbolic identifier embraced by the club’s supporters.

In 2020, KMSK Deinze achieved promotion to the second division for the first time, marking a significant step towards professional status. In 2022, ACA Football Partners acquired ownership of the club, initiating ambitious global projects. To enhance the sporting side, we established a state-of-the-art gym, recruited experienced coaches, and revamped our structure to foster closer collaboration with academy teams.

During the 2022-23 season, the club finished 8th out of 12 teams, followed by a 3rd place finish out of 16 teams in the 2023-24 season, narrowly missing promotion. On the business front, under ACAFP’s leadership, the club has worked diligently to strengthen ties with the local community and expand its fan base. Engaging in dialogue with supporters has led to a deeper mutual understanding, resulting in a 40% increase in attendance during the 2023-24 season compared to the previous year.

In July 2024, the team welcomed a new head coach and it continues to strive for promotion, representing a core club under ACAFP’s stewardship.
